Manzer's Landscape Design and Development, Inc. is dedicated to excellence in design, installation, and maintenance of all your landscape needs. Manzer's has been a part of Peekskill, New York since 2003 and donated many hours to the community by providing materials and landscape design and installation services to various projects around town. Chapman "Chappy" Manzer is well known in the community and continues to build his business through hard work, dedication, and providing a wide range of services using skilled craftsmen.

Chappy created a beautiful landscape design for our front and backyard. The plants he selected have bloomed at various times throughout the spring and summer giving me color and gorgeous flowering plants for months. Everything planted has been excellent quality and all are thriving. I highly recommend Chappy and his efficient, organized office staff!

Chappy Manzer and his team recently completed a bluestone patio extension at our home, and we're very pleased with the outcome. They're a very professional, experienced outfit, and the quality of the work is first rate. One plus is that their estimates are more detailed than what you'll find from most other contractors so there's less guesswork on the homeowners part regarding the components of the total cost, which helps to minimizes surprises. This kind of work doesn't come cheap but if it's big investment, it pays to do it right.

I am so, so pleased with the work that Manzer's did. My property was sorely in need of rehabilitation. All of work done previously (and expensively) by other companies over the years did not last. Chappy came and immediately suggested plants, shrubs and flowering trees that would be deer proof and look wonderful year round and would not break the bank.. His eye for landscaping is remarkable. Everything he and his team planted is thriving and looks fantastic. It looks like a totally different property. I cannot say enough positive things about Manzer's and I recommend them happily and without hesitation

We couldn't be more pleased with the final product and the professionalism brought to it. We had our yard leveled and 4 foot retaining wall installed as well as a raised bed bordered by an 24 inch stone wall. Every step of the way the crew was courteous, professional, responsive to us, and efficient.

My positive experience began with Jenn in the office, she scheduled the initial estimating appointment promptly and professionally. Chappy Manzer arrived on time and took the time to listen to my request and expectations. The work was on a tight deadline for a special event and completed ahead of schedule. The employees were respectful, neat and organized.Our account is now under Manzer's weekly maintenance.

We had a new bed planted including a Japanese maple last year and the plantings are healthy and doing great 1 year later. Chappy has always been responsive to our requests and worked with us to stay within our budget. He also planted some Arborvitae this year as a natural wall between property and they are doing great too. The staff at Manzers is great as well. Jen in the office is terrific and follows through on all calls and requests promptly.

I have known Manzer Landscaping, and Chappy Manzer, for over 15 years. They took care of my private residence and I am so pleased they are in charge of landscaping at my new condominium. They are knowledgeable, capable, and reliable. The office staff is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

Manzers work was excellent. Crew was on time every day, project was completed ahead of schedule. Work site was orderly, and project was done above required specifications, truly a perfect job. All equipment necessary to do the work was provided by Manzers. Hauling of debris was done in a timely manner. Manzers was easily accessible for communication when necessary, and it was a pleasure to work with them. The Village of Ardsley would certainly hire Manzers for a future project.

Manzer's landscaped about 3,500 sq feet around my house. They are competitive on price. They provided a prompt proposal within my budget. They did the work within three days and completed the project within my budget. They were punctual for all appointments. The owner Chappy is exceptionally professional. The rock/excavator guy Tommy has a great eye (we embedded over a dozen large rocks around the plantings). The Manzer crew was very hard working, curteous and conscientious. Jenn, who provides Office/administrative support is a real asset (when working with contractors, this level of professionalism is often lacking). Manzer's is a professional operation. I plan to use them again for additional projects in the Spring.

Manzer's crew did a fantastic job replacing my slate steps and stoop. They even reshaped and enlarged the landing at the base of my steps. The crew went above and beyond the requested work. I will definitely hire them for additional work in the future.

I hired Manzer's to build two patios and stairs in my yard, as well as plant some trees. I am very pleased with the quality of work. My job was done promptly, the workers were always on time, worked hard and cleaned up everything when the job was completed. Chappy Manzer was a pleasure to work with and the price of my job was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.
