When I was checking out places for patio covers in LA, Moda was hands down the best deal I found. The patio cover turned out amazing, just like I pictured. It was a great experience working with Moda Outdoor Living . Our bathrooms were the original bathrooms from when the house was built. The master bathroom needed a full remodel - changing the layout to reorganize the space and install new features. The next needed significant structural and cosmetic upgrades, which included tiling all surfaces and adding new modern features. After finalizing on the designs, permits and getting the materials, they started on the project; everything went well. The remodel was completed as planned and as per the schedule. Their services are much appreciated, and we will work with them for the next kitchen remodel project.

Had an awesome time working with Moda Outdoor Living. Kicked off the design thing like half a year back and just got back to it not long ago. Elan and his crew were all over it - super quick to get back to us. From the get-go to the end, their process was tight, and they were total pros. The 3D designs they showed us turned our old-school 90's yard into this slick, modern spot with a spa, an outdoor kitchen, and a revamped pool deck. Elan was on top of even the little stuff and the big issues, and his team did the job fast, trying to make the whole construction mess as chill as possible. This is round two with Moda for us; did our driveway before and we'd totally hit them up again. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and I'm cool with paying for quality
