The City of Naperville mandated that I repair or replace my city sidewalk. I did not want to lose my 100+ year old brick sidewalk so I had the option to arrange for a private contractor to repair the walk. Ramon Zepeda and his crew at Moonlake Landscaping did a spectacular job of repairing the sidewalk. They followed through on all time frames and information given to me, were meticulous in their workmanship, and advised me of anything which required action different than expected and why it was necessary. I would highly recommend them.

Ramon The bird garden you put in is the centerpiece of the yard. Last year when you put it in the perennials were in shock going from the pot to ground. This year they are really taking off with color and filling in. The birds and butterflies are great to watch. We have our morning coffee to wake up with the animals. It is very relaxing. I found Ramon and Moonlake Landscapes 5 years ago (boxwoods thriving!) so when I wanted to do ‘something ‘ in my backyard I called. I’m grateful that they have the vision I lack: I was presented with a diagram and estimate of price and time to be done. Wet spring delayed project a bit but completed within a month. More beautiful than I could have imagined the previous eyesore of my yard would become. The team did a beautiful job and no mess for me to clean up. I anticipate years of enjoying my new serenity space.

I asked Moonlake to come out and power wash and re-sand my patio after a job gone bad by someone else. I had a tight window. Moonlake came out the same day and finished the project the next day. It looks Great!!. Very professional, honest, and dependable.

Moonlake Landscaping did a beautiful job on our patio, drive, and side walk. After several disappointing years of looking at our poorly constructed patio, by a now out of business landscaper, Ramon eased our frustrations and corrected all construction issues. Ramon worked within our budget and his crew did a detailed, timely, and properly pitched and constructed patio that we, our family and friends can admire for years to come. The workmanship and attention to detail is excellent. We received so many compliments from those who remember how sad our patio looked before Moonlake Landscaping work. The Moonlake Landscaping staff was very clean and professional and always left the job site free of debris. The staff arrived on time each day and stayed late to complete portions of the job to avoid inclement weather the following day. Ramon is an honest, fair, and knowledgeable man with a great sense of design. We found from the very beginning that working with Ramon and his staff, that we had picked the right landscape company. This year (2017), Moonlake Landscaping also removed some ailing trees from our property and replaced them with beautiful healthy trees perfect for the area intended. I would highly recommend Moonlake Landscaping to anyone who is looking for a landscape company.

Mr Zepeda and his crew do fine work at competitive rates. He has done drainage and landscaping work for me which was very well done. He is the first on my list for any future work.

My husband and I hired Moonlake Landscaping to clear out some dead trees and install a new stone entry way to our front door. Ramone, the owner, did a fantastic job in presenting us with a unique design that enhanced the appeal of our house. They did the tree removal in one day while I was at work; it took me a few hours to realize they had come & gone, they left the yard so clean! The stone work was done during the hottest part of the summer. These guys worked like robots! I couldn't believe how much they got done so quickly in such miserable weather. I plan to hire Moonlake Landscaping for additional landscaping work.

Services provided included grading of back yard, routing gutter run off away from sidewalks, trimming trees, sod, landscaping, over seeding, adding mulch to flower/shrub beds, planting shrubs. This job took two days to complete. The first day, the owner was not present and it semed that the 3 workers were not working very hard. In fact my neighbor had a garage sale and they were there quite a bit and even bought several items. Most of the work got done on the second day. The last thing they did was to put down the mulch late that day and they covered a lot of existing shrubs and flowers and even covered the newly planted shrubs and ground cover. I had to uncover the shrubs. Overall we were satisfied with the work but felt as the second day went on they rushed to get everything done. The owner was very professional and very knowledgeable. The grading was not blended well with the existing grade. I really thought the job should have taken 2 1/2 days or even 3 days. I would recommend this company to friends and would use them again.
