I would like to thank Northern Virginia Landscaping for exceeding all expectations for my landscaping project. My family and I are totally blown away by the attention to detail, the time and effort put into our backyard make over and last but not least the collaborative approach and proactive communication throughout the way. Special thank you to Kenesi for helping us with the vision, executing on that in this project and completing it ahead of schedule and putting up with my phone calls. Pre-Project I would first like to say how easy it was to reach out and setup an initial consultation. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kenesi on the phone describing what we wanted to do which was followed by two site visits talking about options and pros/cons for each. Project The project consisted of removing trees, irrigation, grading, planting of over 20+ trees and sodding several thousand sq ft. The crew was easy to talk to and explained everything throughout the way. Initial phase of the project was cleanup and tree removals. Next phase was installation of trees. When trees were planted we realized we probably needed more privacy and spoke with Kenesi about our concerns. Kenesi was able to come up with a design approach on the fly and we ended up adding extra trees for the privacy we wanted. When the second batch of trees were installed the next phase was to finish up the grading and sodding. This phase went by faster then I expected with them even working on Sunday's to knock it out. Post-Project The team at Northern Virginia Landscaping has been great. Given the big project and investment made they have followed up to ensure that the maintenance plan provided is being followed through so the trees continue to thrive. They have provided real time feedback to ensure I am following through on the plan. I would wholeheartedly recommend NVL for any landscaping project. Exceeding expectations is an understatement of what they have delivered for me. My family and I have the privacy we wanted and more space to run around in our yard now. They were honest, transparent with me from start to finish. They even helped me navigate some landmines with my HOA and nosey neighbors. Being a professional architecture photographer, I've photographed many homes and their landscapes. Ibi and his team at Northern Virginia Landscaping are talented professionals who take great pride in what they do. As a photographer I have a keen eye for details, so I analyze everything when I'm at a shoot. I can tell Ibi and his team possess the same trait.
