Ogden's Design and Plantings, Inc.

I have worked with Ogden's Design and Plantings for at least 10 years, and hope to continue for another 10. She is smart, insightful and sensitive to the sort of look I prefer for my garden, and she and her crew keep the whole property looking elegant and healthy. Occasionally I will wait longer than I wish for a promised installation to arrive, but I am always highly pleased when it does. I wholeheartedly recommend Ogden's Design and Plantings. Below I have filled in this year's project beginning date, but the care is provided all year, every year since early 2000.

Judy is a very creative person. I love working with her because I personally enjoy gardening and like to treat my garden as a piece or art. If something doesn’t look good in a certain place she will help me move it to better location. She always introduces me to new types of trees and will go that extra length to send me pictures of various ideas she has in mind. I’ve been working with her for various years now and my garden is always beautiful and I can always tell when she has been to my house for maintenance and upkeep. I’m continuously working with her throughout every season and even in the winter she manages to keep my garden beautiful and healthy. Judy and I have always had very good communication throughout all of the projects we’ve completed together and she even advises me when I have a problem with my sprinklers and goes above and beyond to contact them herself to get the issue resolved. I have two properties and she has done a wonderful job with both of them and also does the planting for my husband’s business.

Ogdens has been working with me for at least 25 years. In addition to weekly lawn care, Judy has been a design and plant material consultant. She is extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. They have also done masonry, and I have been totally satisfied. In essence, I totally recommend her and her fine group of workers who I have come to know thru the years. We are reworking our planters throughout our property. Judy Ogden has a wonderful eye for scale, balance, texture and flow of gardens. Her staff are well trained, respectful and follow through on each job with Judy's watchful eye. This is a project will carry over in months to come and we are excited to more of the owner's talents and knowledge of field and her future visions.

Judy Ogden has an intricate knowledge of plant life and how it adapts to different environments. She applies that knowledge to make any landscape flourish and evolve in it's own unique way. Her eye for detail, and design compliments the plant selections. The crew is thorough and professional, following her directions. I used Ogden's to update my garden and to maintain the beds, and to spruce up for special occasions.

Judy Ogden and her team were a pleasure to work with. They installed a split rail fence and gates, with an eye toward the future installation of walking paths and a woodland garden. The project was difficult as my property is heavily wooded. It required clearing and augers and back hoes to dig the fence posts and trenches for additional deer fencing which was dug into the ground to keep my dachshund from digging out and running off. Judy was on the job every day setting up the workmen, supervising the installation etc. In addition, the company restored old gardens and repaired brick walkways at my home. Through it all Judy and her team were on time, on budget and performed in a professional manner. I highly recommend Ogden's Design and Plantings.
