Matt installed landscaping several years ago according to a design I drew up, and it was all done in one day. I brought to his attention that there was a box on the south side of the house near the water faucet with a valve to shut off the water to the irrigation system that needed to be accessible....they covered it with pebbles and stepping stones. He assured me that it would be accessible under a stepping stone. I actually have not had to access it since the installation until the February freezing storm, and, it is not accessible at all. Its buried, with dirt, weed fabric and pebbles. I lifted the stepping stones up, tore the weed fabric and dug all around and cannot find it. As a result, one of my pipes cracked on my PVB. I called him and asked him to send someone over, or come by himself... and nothing. Now he is not retuning my texts or my request for a call. It appears he is not going to make it good. Very irresponsible in my opinion.

We hired Matt to fix our existing lights as well as add new lights. Immediately after completion and payment we started having problems. Most of the original lights were not working. At first Matt said the the lights were good but now they needed to be replaced at a cost of $4000 plus plus! Not part of the original estimate. Also, we have wall lighting that he agreed to fix, but now states that we need to hire an electrician. We are hiring a new company to fix his mistakes. I do NOT recommend Riverside!
