Rock Creek Tree - Turf & Landscape LLC

Really shoddy work from this company. Asked them to trim a tree, install a small concrete paver patio, and put mulch on top of a weed fabric barrier in one section of my yard. They didn’t trim the tree on their first visit, installed a crooked patio, and didn’t lay down tarp over the entire area (large plants were sprouting there after a couple weeks). After they tried to fix it, I let them know I was still unhappy with the result; from there on they just gave me the runaround. Lots of missed appointments, saying they’d call me back and then not doing it, and general vagueness about when things would get done. Three weeks after their crew came I still hadn’t seen an invoice and had to beg them to send me one so I could be done with them! I wish I could say only use this company for tree-related projects, but they didn’t even do *that* right the first time. Good luck if you decide to hire this company!

I've been a Rock Creek Tree, Turf, & Landscape customer since 2012, and I recommend the company to friends and neighbors. Rock Creek takes care of my yard year round - yard maintenance, grass cutting, new plantings, stone work, leaf removal, snow removal. Work crews are timely, nice, & competent.
