Really Bad. I ask for grating the soil , remove debris and leveling. None of this was done.Customer service very rude after i delay payment for an explanation

Brian and Kathy gave us excellent recommendations for our new sod and we couldn't be happier! They explained the different types of sod that would fitting for our lifestyle and environmental condition. We love our back yard again! Give them a call!!

ATTENTION: Do not purchase sod and services from Sunset Sod, Inc. In February 2015, I spent $5,800.00 inclusive of St. Augustine sod. Upon installation, I noticed that the sod was brown and appeared to be in the process of dying. I discussed the condition of the sod with Brian, the owner of Sunset Sod. Brian assured me that the sod would “come back,” and if it did not, he would replace the dead sod. In March, April, and May 2015, I called Brian and told him that the sod was dead and not “coming back.” Brian’s response was that he was going on vacation and would “take care of it” upon his return. Thereafter, I did not hear back from Brian. I contacted Katie, the manager of Sunset Sod and daughter of Brian. Katie, the manager, stated that she would “take care of it” and send someone out to my home. After several months and multiple conservations with Brian and Katie, no one from Sunset Sod came out. Brian ultimately refused to guarantee his sod and live up to his word. The moral of the story is DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUNSET SOD, INC.

What a pleasure to do business with Sunset Sod. They delivered what they promised on time and within budget. Everyone at the office and the job site were respectful and a pro at the job they were doing. Highly recommended them!! Our yard looks beautiful!!!
