Established in 1990 in Tokyo by Domei Endo, DI CLASSE has been designing and manufacturing quality contemporary Lighting products for over 20 years. Our founder Domei is the principal designer of our Lighting and Homeware range, fundamentally inspired by Nature. The Japanese have a unique relationship with nature; as people are a part of the environment, we respect and appreciate it as a whole. As a brand, we seek to nurture this philosophy by bringing elements of the natural environment indoors to promote gentle and healing lifestyles. Many of our products express the coexistence of light and shadow in the immediate space and offer an intimate connection to nature. For instance, our Foresti lamps create kaleidoscopic shadows which allow the surrounding atmosphere to transform into a refreshing woodland scene. Domei’s unique nature and narrative-led designs have been well-received in Japan and eventually attracted appreciation from overseas. In response to the increasing global demand, DI CLASSE established a base in London in 2011. As a small lighting brand, we make every effort to deliver the best quality products to our customers.
