J Knox Designs

We started J Knox Designs in a workshop in our backyard after an unsuccessful search for unique lighting for our newly renovated home. John, an experienced licensed electrician, decided to handcraft our light fixtures himself. We quickly fell in love with the manufacturing process. Encouraged by family and friends, we founded J Knox Designs in 2013. After outgrowing our home workshop, we moved our manufacturing studio to Santa Fe, Texas, were all of our fixtures are meticulously handmade to order. We offer a range of fixtures from modern to contemporary designs that will elevate and illuminate your space. With an obsession for attention to detail, all of our parts are individually finished by hand. We collaborate with highly skilled local artisans to produce timeless, superior quality light fixtures that are made to last. With John's electrical expertise and UL's rigorous electrical safety procedures, we ensure all of our lighting products meet the highest standard of quality and electrical safety.
