LAMPS PLUS Professionals

I am a Washington, DC based contractor/remodeler. I love using the LampsPlus website as it offers such a wide variety of lighting fixtures for all of my needs. Whether it be interior or exterior, elegant or simple, they have it. It is also a great sight to give to my clients to navigate on their own time, freeing me up to work on other items for the client. I look forward to working with Lamps Plus.

I recently purchased a Torchiere lamp through my business account with Lamps Plus Professionals. I was having a discrepancy with the price that was showing. I used their website's chat feature to speak with the account manager. She was most helpful in helping me through the problem. I ordered the lamp and it came in good time with the accompanying emails stating when shipped. I was pleased with the patient manager and would definitely do business with them again.

I have used Lamps Plus for years for my projects. Their website is exemplary, well organized and allows me to hone in on just the selections I'm after. Their return policy is simple and easy if something does not work as expected. Often Lamps Plus will be the first vendor I reach out to for lighting.
