Lilli's Lighting and Decor

In response to a review given by husband, Jim, back in November of 2017, there was a communication problem on my part and my husband should not have written that the folks at Lillis décor are not trustworthy. My husband and I did receive a full refund. I apologize if this has hurt Lillis lighting in any way. If I could remove the negative review, I would, but it would not allow me to on this website. To this day, I enjoy shopping at Lillis lighting and believe the owner is very friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you, Dottie Nicholas

Lilli's is simply the best! I HIGHLY recommend. Denise, the owner, and her team helped us with lighting, both fixtures and lighting design, for our entire house in Breckenridge (new construction). Her knowledge and guidance were absolutely invaluable to us, particularly with our kitchen lighting. We lived in Florida while the house was being built. Working via email and phone was very easy. Denise and her team always made themselves available when we were in town. Because we couldn't be in Breckenridge when the fixtures were being installed, Denise had staff at our house to ensure the lights were hung at the right height. We feel Lilli's went above and beyond to ensure our lighting was perfect. Additionally, Denise helped us select living room and bedroom furniture as well as window coverings. She is a true professional, very personable and incredibly easy to work with. Love going into Lilli's, seeing what's new and chatting with Denise.

Unfortunately, I had a less than stellar experience with this lighting shop. Without question, the lighting fixtures and other products for sale are beautiful. Indeed, we had purchased a beautiful Copper top kitchen table off the floor at a very good price, but in Sept. of 2017, I had ordered four light fixtures for our kitchen at our home at the top of the mountain in Breck. We were asked to pre-pay the full amount of $ 2,036.37, which we did. We were promised delivery by Nov. 30th.....three months later. Lilli's failed to deliver the products.....at all! Nothing. No substitute.....nothing. After much time and effort by me, they FINALLY gave me a PARTIAL Credit back on my Visa, but retained $ 213.50 for a "lighting consulting fee". I never hired them as a "lighting consultant"; I ordered, and paid in full, for lights that were never delivered. We are STILL in "Dispute" with my credit card company over the lousy $ 213.50 unauthorized fee. Needless to say, I finished furnishing the rest of our 5,000 sq. foot home with products from other vendors, with no problems whatsoever. So, a word of caution.....be careful....and don't Pre-Pay.........because you may not get your money back. Jim.

Denise takes time to get to know you and what you want your house to look like. We built our 6000 sq ft home in 2011 and she helped us with all of our lighting and furniture selections. Love everything she did for us. Alot of decisions, but she made it easy!!

I can't imagine using anyone else for home decorating needs in Summit County and the surrounding areas. Denise and her staff are extremely professional, they listen to their clients ideas and needs and follow through with suggestions and design ideas that enhance yet meet the client's perimeters. In other words, they do not try to over-sell! They have access to an abundance of vendors, so there is never a shortage of choices. We used Denise's services for a complete kitchen remodel, and we also had her redecorate the entire condo. Working with her team was a total and complete pleasure, and we stayed ON BUDGET!

The Owner Denise is delightful, not pushy and extremely accommodating. I furnished my entire Colorado mountain home with accessories from Lilli’s. Her price point is spot on! She has an extensive inventory and I discover something new each time I’m there even if she hasn’t gotten a new shipment of merchandise. Can’t say enough good things about my favorite place to shop. Beautiful unique lighting too. Also got my window treatments at Lilli’s. It truly is a one stop shop for the home.

We've been working with Lilli's on various projects over the past three years. The projects ranged from light fixtures and lighting design for the largest single family home in Breckenridge CO, smaller remodels, and multiple single family homes. They've provided lighting design, unique lighting fixtures, design ideas, and all other forms of interior finishes also. The attention to details and the ability to locate and procure not only light fixtures, flooring, furnishings, and almost all other home finishes has been second to none. The friendly service and willingness to help can't be overstated either.
