“Claxton Fireplace built a fireplace mantel and installed the tile around the mantel. The service was excellent, despite the number of times I changed my mind about the tileand the mantel design. Finally picked a tile and it was discontinued, then chose another tile, it arrived Claxton came to install and it there was not enough of the right pieces. Through it all they were polite and told me no apologies were necessary their goal was to make sure that my investment brought me the satisfacton I needed so I could enjoy the fireplace. I actually saved for a couple years to pay for the mantel and tile so it meant a lot to me to have it done right. I have been in my house for 9 years and had never used the fireplace, so in addition they had to show me how to operate the system. I would recommend Claxton to anyone looking for this type of EXCELLENT service. Cheryl”
