Painter Ready Chattanooga

Wife not happy! Painted the master bedroom the wrong color, had to repaint it and that took an extra day, painted the kitchen celing and totally missed a four foot section, came out to repaint after waiting three days to come back out then it was painted the wrong color again! I refused to call them back out cause we just had enough of the mistakes they have made. paint splater all over floor, cabinets, bathroom mirror, bath tub, I will do my home work before we hire another painting co. Will never use these guys again!

Terrible!! Stained our double front doors and in doing so scratched all the glass panes when removing tape (doors are very ornate). They came out and replaced the glass which took forever. However after several months most of the seals leaked and the panes had to be replaced AGAIN. And in doing this twice they ruined the trim around all the glass. Jeff came out and agreed they should fix the door. He said he could have someone come out and measure and replace the trim. That was five months ago!!! Now he won’t respond to texts nor calls. And we have tried to call the owners. No reaponse. Now we have ruined feont doors that are very pricey to replace! No integrity at all!!! Horrible customer service!!! Do not use!! Plenty of other painters out there!

Excellent job at my house. Paid extra attention to problem areas and asked for a punch list before they finished up. Their eagerness to make sure I was pleased was impressive. This is my second experience with Painter Ready and I'm sure I'll hire them again. Thank you Ken, Jeff and Mike.
