After evaluating multiple estimates, we chose Bob’s Professional Painting for our interior project. Bob impressed us with his thorough walkthrough, competitive pricing, and genuine demeanor. The crew, consisting of Jason, Billy, Andrew, Sean, and Edwin, confirmed our decision by treating our home with the utmost care and respect. As perfectionists, our high standards were not only met but exceeded. Every concern we raised was addressed with professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. Despite working through an extreme heat wave, the team maintained their professionalism and camaraderie, often referring to each other as ‘brother’ and encouraging one another. This reflected Bob’s respectful treatment of his employees, who adhered to an honor code, including sharing tips. The team’s punctuality, politeness, and combined skilled expertise formed an ideal team. Jason’s conscientious leadership and contagiously positive attitude fostered a collaborative team environment. Billy’s detailed craftsmanship in drywall repair, Andrew’s ability to even out misaligned ceilings with precision, Sean’s willingness to assist wherever he was needed, and Edwin’s hard work ethic transformed our nearly 30-year-old house into a beautiful new home. Thoughtful cleanups and organization were maintained throughout the project. They managed our multi-color selection seamlessly, and the final walk-through ensured our satisfaction. Katie, the manager, followed up a few weeks later to ensure we remained pleased with the work. Through her, we learned about Bob’s commitment to his employees, such as keeping them employed during slow periods by having them work on their own homes. This rare kindness extends to their customers. Despite our staircase project taking longer than expected, they honored the original contract without additional charges, aiming to retain us as loyal customers. We eagerly anticipate having them paint our exterior in 2025. This was a truly exceptional 5-star experience.

We had Bob and his crew paint the exterior of our house, and they did a fantastic job. Bob had a color consultant help with our exterior colors and gave tips on choosing the right ones. During the painting process, his crew gave 110% effort, and the attention to detail showed. They even took measures to prevent future dry rot in area prone locations. Five stars to a great crew.

Bob's crew painted the entire interior of our house. I had gotten bids from six other paint companies, but Bob really stood out from the rest. When he came to my house to give me the estimate, he spent a half hour (whereas most of the other painters spent at most ten minutes) going through each room and jotting down notes. He made good suggestions about the type of paint to use in different rooms, and also volunteered to do some extras like touching up my painted kitchen cabinets. It was obvious that Bob had an eye for detail and wanted the job to be done well. He sent me his estimate the same day we met. I was struggling with what paint colors to use, and Bob picked up many paint samples to put on the walls to make sure I was happy with my choice. His crew was on time each day and cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. They were friendly and respectful of our space. They also made it possible for us to keep living in the house while it was being painted. Bob said it would take six days to do the entire house, and it took six days to do the entire house. Before leaving, he made sure I went through each room with his crew to ensure I was happy with the end result. I give Bob's Professional Painting my highest recommendation.
