Mark was very accommodating to my schedule - I only had a few days I would be home but I needed the job done by Thanksgiving. The crew showed up on time, went right to work, and were clean and efficient. All this, along with a great price: I will definitely be hiring them again!

Certapro was hired to paint the exterior aluminum siding, doors and wood window frames of my house. The paint on my windows was really peeling bad. I was given a detailed written estimate before I agreed to hire (unlike some of the other companies I interviewed, who wanted to be hired before putting anything in writing). The painters were very nice guys. They worked hard when they were here, they were polite, respectful and personable. The job took a couple of days longer than estimated. There was a lot of tedious work doing jalousie window trim that took time. They did a good job of cleaning up each night. There were a lot of paint chips from the window scraping that were swept/vacuumed up each night, the paint was put out of the way and the ladders came down and were stacked out of the way at the end of each day. If I asked questions or asked about something specific, the guys were very accommodating. I am happy with the work. They did a very nice job and my house looks great. My only gripe was the scheduling process. I was scheduled for power wash, then painting the following week around the end of July. The power wash happened as scheduled. Unfortunately, the painting didn't start for another 4 weeks. I was rescheduled twice due to forcasted rain, and then the 3rd schedule no one showed up nor had I been called to reschedule so I called and complained. I was then rescheduled for the next Monday, and once again...no show, no call so I was ready to hire elsewhere. But on Tuesday, the painters showed up just before 8am which was a surprise to me as I hadn't heard from the company. So great...painting finally got started. I gave 4 stars because of the scheduling issues. Since my doors and windows had to be left open for them to paint, I was not comfortable leaving my home wide open when the painters had left for the day or for lunch and no one was there. I will say, the painters were honest guys that earned my trust so I felt comfortable to leave and run errands while they were working. It was just frustrating to try to plan ahead for my personal appointments, work and time off when they kept canceling. All in all, Yes I would recommend CertaPro.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Have painted practically every room in my house plus parts of the outside. Fast, clean, polite. If you want the job done right and can't do it yourself this is the outfit to hire. Bob K 4/7/2014
