Crown City Property Solutions Inc started out as Hakes Painting, a two man crew that was owned and run by my uncle Dan Hakes and Cousin Jim Hakes in 1983. They ran a tight knit company knowing many of their customers personally and growing up with their kids or them in Coronado in the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. 10 years ago I joined the team as my uncle Dan retired and since then we have grown yet stayed committed to excellence in every aspect of our business. We do extensive research to make sure we are using the highest quality products on the market while understanding everyone has different paint needs.
