Global Painting & Renovations

Global came in over the summer to redo my guest bathroom and they were a constant struggle to work with. When there were glaringly obvious defects in their work, we were met with a routine wherein the project manager tried to convince us that "just a little spackle" would solve everything and that if anything went wrong down the line, their 5 year guarantee would cover it and they'd gladly fix it. Fast forward one month. The mirror that the project manager attached with what he called "high grade apoxy" to our backsplash (rather than drilling through the backsplash and affixing it as we and the manufacturer suggested) fell off onto our 300 dollar vanity top, dinging the vanity but thankfully not damaging the mirror. We were upset, clearly, but not surprised. So to get our return on the 5 year guarantee, we called Global. After a week and three phone calls, we finally got the project manager out to take a look and he promptly blamed us for our choice of mirror. He told us he's be back later that week or the next to fix the problem. That was two weeks ago and we haven't heard hide nor hair from Global or our project manager - we're now 4 weeks without a bathroom mirror. Hopefully some reviews recounting our experiences will get their attention. This is a customer last company that will fight you tooth and nail to fix even the smallest mistake.

We recently had Global Painting and Renovations paint the entire interior of our home. We had 5 different companies come out to give us estimates for the job. Marlon's estimate and presentation was by far the best out of 5! He was able to give us a detailed quote the same day he came out. Marlon was very knowledgable and made helpful suggestions to give us the best look for our home. We felt confident that he could take our vision and make it happen. The crew showed up on time every day and completed the job within the time we were told. They were respectful of our home and you couldn't tell they had been there once the job was completed. Our experience with Global Painting and Renovations was wonderful from start to finish. We will be using them again in the future.

I have used Global Painting and Renovations twice since moving into my new house in winter of 2012. We had them paint every room in the house before we moved in, and then this spring we had them paint the exterior of the house. I cannot say strongly enough how happy my wife and I are with the service. They were more than competitive on price, and the quality is unmatched. The crew had the interior job done in a day and a half, with the exterior in only 1 day. We have already gotten a quote to have the kitchen remodeled, which they were 25% cheaper than Home Depot and more customized.
