UPDATE: The owner called me this morning and provided a bit more information as to the situation, and went above and beyond to make it right, especially considering the emergency she had come up (that i was completely unaware of while writing my original review). I am leaving the original so everyone can see just how upset i was, and have since changed it to 5 stars - she has completely changed my mind in regards to herself professionally. -------------------------------------------------------- I am the business manager for a local company. We scheduled over a month ago to have Ms. B come out and teach a class on the basics of photography. I confirmed with her just last week that we were still good to go. I rescheduled our entire staff – missing out on several appointments – so that we could hold this photography class for our associates. I received an email the NIGHT before at 11PM informing me she needed to cancel the appointment – with no other explanation. She has caused us to lose funds, and has proven to be completely unreliable and unprofessional. For these reasons alone I would not recommend her to anyone.
