Had a water softener installed in my house that was built in 1968. Crafton came in and assessed the situation and gave me an estimate based on the whole job, not just hooking up a softener and leaving. Took the time to explain the things that would make sense to do, answer my questions, and explain why some things would be required to get the job done right. Price was in the same ballpark as other companies whom didn't address certain needs like lack of drains, traps, routing, and bypasses. Professional, accurate, timely, and quality work at a reasonable price, recommended!
