If i could give them a zero i would. Was told tech would come out give me an estimate. Tech augered toilet i had to ask how much for that. . Tech told me not much. Well that didnt work. Tech went outside said needed to add a clean out valve again i had to ask how much. Tech told me 150. Then tech said has to run smake down pipe . Used my electric to do went 10-15 feet. Maybe a total of 15 mins on job. Final cost 337. Gives me an invoice which isnt itemized on how tech came up with that total. If he would of told me total before doing the work. Like the lady in office said would happen . i would of told him no way. 3 weeks later i am having some plumbing problems. Big mistake call any other plumber not Fletchers

The staff was trustful and stuck to their word with the expectations that were set from the beginning. I would recommend their services to anyone I know!
