I had a pretty good experience with Jensen. They were timely and the plumbers were nice to work with. The negatives included putting the p-trap in the garage rather than the basement, which meant the garage drain piping froze during the winter (note it has been an unusually cold winter, but this could be avoided). I also would have preferred that they sloped the piping a bit more so that the water moves toward the drain.
