Live Green Plumbing

Live Green Plumbers are crooks. They were assigned by my Home Warranty Company HMS. Came to replace circulatory pump, they replace the pump with another non working used pump. They charged HMS for a new pump, what I got was another broken one must have been from some other house. Never hire them, complete waste.

I was very pleased with the work done by Livegreen Plumbing. The technician who came to my house was on time, wore covers on his feet and was very knowledgable regarding a possible leak in my upstairs bathroom. I noticed a dark stain on my first floor ceiling, that's what initiated the call to my home warranty agency who suggested Livegreen. To thoroughly inspect my upstairs bathroom for a possible leak, the technician cut a hole in my daughter's closet to gained access to the bathtub and shower fixtures. Once the inspection was complete, he kindly suggested a spring loaded wall cover instead of replastering the wall, in the event I need to gain access to the fixtures in the future. Hopefully, I will not have to deal with anymore plumbing issues; nevertheless, if anything comes up I'll definitely use Livegreen's services again.

We had Live Green Plumbing respond to a home warranty plumbing request. To their credit, they were able to arrive quickly and timely. We had a water leak right at the valve/pipe behind the washer and a hose which was rusted onto the valve. After being unable to find a replacement valve at Home Depot, the plumber decided to just replace the pipe and re-use the old valve. After not being able to remove the rusted hose from the valve (it separated at a different part), he screwed the piece back in and decided to use it anyways with the hose stuck on. He assured me the valve was fine. The bad: They fixed 50% of the problem and tried to upsell me the repair for the other 50%. He "suggested" to replace my valve for me for $180 extra RIGHT AFTER finishing his "repair". Really? So after the plumber left, we later had Lowes hook up a washer to the rusted valve and it turns out water leaks at the valve/hose connection. Live Green Plumbing came back giving us a 5 day wait time (they would not come back sooner). They insisted it is a "new" or "different" issue and he wasn't even sure if Live Green Plumbing can "deal with hoses". He said, it's an "appliance guy" thing. So now, because there is a rusted hose on the valve which they knew about and refused to replace, they won't fix it. I suggested maybe he should have just replaced the valve. He says "we can't" unless you pay the deductible. Worse, the plumber refused to help move any appliances without charging me extra. I am still in the process of getting my home warranty to force Live Green Plumbing to make a repair that actually will allow me to use my washer. The plumber and his supervisor would not "argue" with me. In summary: They are timely and quick. But in my experience, I feel they cut corners on the repair. And if it doesn't work they won't make it right without charging more. I am annoyed that they tried to charge me for the correct repair.

I am so thankful that Marcus from Live Green Plumbing responded to my warranty company's claim. The first two companies were nightmares! Marcus was very kind, diagnosed the problem, called my warranty company and will be in touch with me once the hot water heater has arrived for installation. Thank you Live Green!

1. Live Green plumbing was amazing! I only received help from this company because the 1st plumbing company was horrible. After I used my HMS home warranty, and was displeased with Unlimited Plumbing and Heating, the company sent me LIVE GREEN. The plumber they sent out, Jermaine, was very cordial, arrived on time, made sure that his shoes were clean, and actually could articulate an answer when asked basic plumbing questions. I would recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing issues.
