These guys have done such a great job helping us turn our pool around. They were responsive and polite and helped us out of in a pinch. Highly recommend.

WARNING! Do NOT be fooled as we were. Chose this company just a few months ago to care for our pool weekly. Started off great. No problem with day of week (suggested several days) and timeframe requested. Beautiful job cleaning pool first few weeks. Then downhill it went. Did not stay in timeframe or even close. Pool cleaning not up to par. Repeatedly pushed our cleaning off until next day, which we specifically mentioned was a no-go day, for various reasons, or maybe I should say excuses as the more appropriate word. Postponing our pool, in these instances, was not due to understandable issues such as weather conditions. Additionally, we were not contacted that our pool would not be cleaned as told nor on scheduled day. Continually left us wondering what was happening and calling many times. Contacted company several times about issues. Person answering was typically just an answering service. Actual replies, mostly via text, indicated no problems with requested timeframe or day, etc. (** in writing). However, issues continued. When called as an unhappy customer requesting to speak to manager, I was told they would leave a message. Next thing we know, they cancelled servicing our pool with no advance notice and not cleaning our pool as scheduled. They informed us via text. No call ever returned as requested. Is there even a real person in charge to talk to? Is this a legit company? I must wonder. Unprofessional! Unreliable! Impossible to actually speak with someone, over the phone, directly who might could remedy issues that started after first few weeks. This company clearly does not want to handle nor correct problems. Apparently, the mentality is just get rid of paying customers who don’t accept mediocre work, voice complaints, or who are not willing to accept poor business practices and communication. Just find new bait. Very disappointing when paying and relying on someone/company to take care of needs. Again… move on to find another company…even if it might cost a little more. Do not be fooled!

Aquamatic Pool Service has been outstanding since the I first contacted them. They have always been so polite, quick to respond and very patient with all of my first time pool owner questions about cleaning. I love the summary we get after each visit and every person they have sent to clean has been kind, knowledgeable and professional. They are by far the most reasonably priced in the area and I LOVE LOVE LOVE that they employee veterans and first responders (near and dear to my heart). I feel so lucky to have found them and my pool ALWAYS looks sparkling clean! John and his team are the best!
