T&L Pools

Had to have the pool pump motor replaced. After looking at different websites and recommendations, I chose T&L Pools to do the job. It was right after the hurricane and flooding and took a couple of days to get here but Darron got the motor replaced. Turns out there was a faulty wire in the motor which kept tripping the power breaker. Darron diagnosed the problem and fixed it with no further problems. I will definitely be calling them again for any repairs needed

Working with T&L Pools is a breath of fresh air after my previous experiences with other larger companies. They are there when they say they will be and do top quality work. The owner is here quite frequently to ensure things are being done right. I have full confidence that they are taking care of things properly. Of the several pool companies I have used, this is the only one that I would recommend to anybody, and those I have recommended them to, are quite happy with their service.

What I really like about T&L Pools is that Darron, the owner, knows not only how to clean my pool but he also can perform maintenance on my pool. He is also extremely responsive, timely, and consistent. He and his wife are top notch! I highly recommend T&L Pools.

We stumbled upon T&L Pools by luck - using our home warranty service following Hurricane Harvey, the company under our plan called on Derron to help with their overflow in repairs - we were so impressed we asked about pool maintenance. As DIY type individuals and after 20 years of maintaining our pool ourselves, we took a leap of faith. Derron (the owner) saved us from disaster - our pool was blue, but appearances can be misleading - too much or the wrong combination of chemicals can etch your plaster - so we now leave our pool in the hands of the professionals! We couldn't be happier with T&L Pools. Derron offers top quality service; and one who is dependable and honest (something that's hard to come by in today's business world). Derron is down to earth, a good communicator and takes great pride in offering stellar customer service. Derron or someone from his team, maintains our pool every Wednesday, rain or shine. Last but not least, T&L Pools communicates what services were provided (each week) - including water test results and any special notes, it's all recorded and hanging on the door knob of our back door. We recommend T&L Pools every chance we get! They're simply the best!!

T&L Pools has been taking care of my pool for almost a year and I couldn't be happier. They do a great job of keeping the water crystal clear and keep the equipment working properly. Great communication.

Once again Darron Lackey, owner/operator of T&L Pools has come through for us. He is wonderful with everyday pool care and maintenance keeping things crystal clear, but where he really shines with trouble shooting and repairs. He is courteous, competent and fair and honest in his pricing. Today he replaced our pool pump, but last year we had him install a Pentair pool & spa heater. T&L Pools is a great family owned business and since we've hired them, we enjoy our pool and spa a lot more.

They are great. Very professional. Very thorough and quick. They manage my pool chemicals and empty baskets. They are in and out and always leave us notes on what they did.
