We hired Bert Echterling earlier this year to refinish our 120 year old wood floors. He managed the crews well and got things done on a tight schedule with attention to detail. He had to custom mill some boards and his floor sub did a great job installing them. We used Bert again for a larger job with some custom cabinetry, a beaded ceiling and two bathrooms fully gutted and renovated. Bert handled some unexpected termite damage by just fixing it and we paid for some extra wall work and painting that was unplanned. A couple of other change orders went smooth and we were treated fairly. With the changes, the job went a bit over schedule but well withing our comfort zone. His workers are trustworthy. We did bid this work and Bert was competitive. We will use Bert Echterling again.

Burt renovated our bathroom for us, and did a wonderful job. He took care of every problem in a fast and professional manner. My bathroom turned out beautiful and came in within budget!
