Meet Beth Yobe: Your Knoxville Real Estate Agent With a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and a Masters in Education, I specialize in helping buyers and sellers make informed decisions in the real estate market. Prior to real estate I worked for 8 years in the education arena, serving as both a respected Math teacher and Beginning Teacher Mentor for the county. I also have years of sales experience in both the retail and educational markets. After listing and selling my own home for full price in less than 6 hours, I was hooked on Real Estate and haven’t looked back since. Why I’m Different Leveraging my experience as a successful educator and sales professional, I am known for outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, high-tech marketing strategies, personal touches, and as a skilled negotiator with my clients’ best interest at heart. I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with top-notch information and market insight, so that my clients make the best decisions possible. I am honest, sometimes telling my clients what they may not want to hear, hard-working, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry, having worked with some of the top real estate agents in the area. I Believe in Giving Back I am a firm believer in giving back and a huge supporter of education. I have donated a portion of my commission to the teacher of my clients’ choice to use towards classroom needs. I also sponsor “Buddy Backpack Lunches” at my child’s own school providing lunches for disadvantaged children at the school’s Fall Festival. Besides education, I take needed supplies to the local animal shelter and even took in my own foster dog (who quickly became a permanent part of the family). In My Free Time I enjoy reading, traveling, and running, completing the Knoxville Half Marathon 3 times. I live in Farragut the most amazing son who blessed my life 9-years ago. I’m have recently earned by Accredited Buyers Rep and Military Relocation Professional designations and continue to educate myself daily on best practices in Real Estate. I am extremely grateful for this wonderful life.
