Andrew Luna helped me in with the selling of a home that I had purchased sight unseen from another agent after losing my husband and living out of state. The house had been flipped and was on an extremely busy intersection. He advised us on the steps necessary to make our former house as attractive as possible when positioning it for sale. We took his advice and had a contract from a buyer within one week of listing it.
