We used Chris to both list our previous home and purchase our new home. Chris is very professional and prompt in his actions. He maintains a detailed schedule and communicates well in advance if any changes are made whether it be on the showing side or the purchasing side.

We can't say enough positive things about Chris Beaton! We had the difficult job of selling our home in Omaha, but we were living in California. One call to Chris and he immediately got the process started. Our home was staged beautifully and It sold in a matter of weeks, Chris referred us to an estate sale lady who helped us clear out the house and sell our excess household goods. The whole process was professional with an emphasis on friendly and caring. Chris is the MAN!
