I have an array of professional contractors and designers who work on my team and can assist my clients in upgrading their home to capture the highest possible price on the market at any given time. As a third generation realtor, I try to minimize your stress in sellling a home by personally consulting and offering some assistance in down-sizing activities. You can count on me for a straight answer and creative solutions if we run into any problems along the way. My clients also appreciate that the 20 years of underwriting and management experience in lending that I bring to the table enables me to assist sellers to ferret out weak offers and lower the degree of contract fall-out once we accept an offer.

My real estate agent, Hollie Felts-Howell worked diligently for me to find just the right retirement, dream home. I told her from the start that I would be hard to please, as my likes and dislikes were very specific. I think she saw that as a challenge and was up for it. A few times I saw homes that I thought would fit the bill and thanks to Hollies' expertise in looking beyond the esthetics, noticed cracks in walls, uneven flooring, water stains due to roof leaks which, I don’t even notice. Her knowledge, for what I call “behind the scenes”, is impressive. No other real estate agent I’ve worked with in purchasing my last 3 homes has been so thorough in this regard. Her integrity is priceless and she protects me, from making a wrong decision. When I did find the right home, she advised me to get all the inspections necessary so I would be aware of any potential problems. She patiently explained real estate jargon that is foreign to me and when I don’t get it the first time, she explains it until I do. She is truly a remarkable real estate agent and person.
