I felt the first "sparks" when I was just 6 years old, riding in the backseat of a realtor's car and helping my parents search for the perfect 4-bedroom house. By the time I was 12, I had become an amateur appraiser - cruising neighborhoods with my dad, guessing how much the houses cost, and perusing the Dayton Daily to find the correct answers. As an adult, I gained much real estate experience through military moves to New Mexico, Arizona, Virginia, and Alabama. I was finally able to fulfill my lifelong dream of becoming a realtor when I was licensed in 2009. It's as if everything I'd done leading up to that point was preparing me for this business. I not only have years of personal real estate experience but also a B.S. in Mass Communication from Miami University. In my former careers as a technical editor and computer-based training programmer/designer, I refined my writing, videography, visual design, research, and computer skills - all of which give me a definite edge in marketing properties.
