I work with buyers from first time buyers to those who are down sizing. I teach them the steps of the buying process to insure they get what they want and need with the least stress and money possible. I also work with sellers who are either moving away or ones that a need for a different size home. I can show them areas that need to be improved on in getting the house ready to sell . I stay with them from sign up to sign down on closing day. I help them decide on what price range is good for them and once we get an offer I help them by gathering information based on the offer, to accept or counter. Once we are in a contract I will review with them the home inspections and termite reports and help them determine what they have to do and how to get the work done. There is a lot to do for buyers and sellers that are not often see and each family and there needs will be different.
