Before the listing; - informed us on best practices for preparing house for showing and photos. - scheduled professional photographer to do pictures after house was ready. (At no cost to us). - used informed and current data for pricing. During listing: - open houses - shared links via variety of medias - navigated offers and helped us make decisions During closing: - navigated issues with closing - did page by page with us over the phone since we were out of state - worked with title company for our closing since we weren't in state BONUS/OVER AND ABOVE major freeze in area and freeze blew sprinkler gasket and at 3 am she and her son went and shut off water and verified repairs after we arranged repair from out of state.
