I would definitely recommend Carter Roofing. We used them to replace our roof and they did it in in record time. The job was to tear off half of existing roof down to rafters & replace roof deck, re-shingle the entire roof, replace the gutters, and add insulation to go from R9 to R28. Their cleanup was spectacular. They listened to my concerns and what we needed done. Lead by Johnny, they were polite and courteous. Johnny and the crew were on time, friendly, and professional. It was a big job on our home and needed all systems running to be completed on time. They finished the job quickly, the roof and gutters look great, and I haven't had any problems. I can feel the difference with the added insulation as well. I will be using them again and would recommend them to everyone.

We used Carter Roofing to replace our roof and the experience was excellent. We have a very complex roof with a large flat portion and multiple pitched segments of asphalt shingle. Mike and his crew were on time with the initial quote, offered a competitive terms for the job, and was very patient with me as we worked through the options and details. They were out within a week of signing the contract. The project was completed within the planned time frame and they were great about making sure we were able to get in and out of the house and access the driveway with no issues. Mike was awesome to work with and extremely responsive throughout the entire project. I am happy with the job, would recommend Carter Roofing to anyone needing a new roof, and look forward to using them for other projects in the future.

Johnny was really nice. Only person who actually got up on my roof to inspect the roof leak problem I initially called about. I had 3 different roofers come to the home. After getting a few more quotes and other opinions, we decided to get the whole roof done and went with Carter Roofing. The roofers were great. Showed up early and worked long days. The roof was done in a day and a half. I am very happy with the results and will be calling Johnny for future renovation/upgrades/repair needs. Highly Recommend

If you are reading this review, you are likely looking for a reliable, quality, and fair-priced roofer. Carter Roofing is all of the above. I initially called them to get a repair quote, but decided to actually have them re-roof the entire flat portion of my roof due to poor workmanship. They are extremely knowledgeable and their crew did a good job with my re-roof. Torch down on flat/low slopes requires proper technique, and these guys did an awesome job. Johnny was good to work with, and he was the initial estimator. He accommodated the fact that I had 52 solar panel standoffs on the roof, and their team skillfully installed and sealed penetration Flashings to make sure there would be no leaks. Johnny also gave me some options on the roof vents and recommended the correct type for my low slope roof so that everything is within warranty and I don't run into any issues with leaks. Highly recommend Carter Roofing. I would refer anybody with roof issues to them in a heartbeat, and have already referred a colleague.
