Cox Roofing

I fall back upon Cox Roofing Services to take care of my roof. They have been my roofers for more than a decade and have simply given me no scope to complain. They conduct regular inspections and if there are any issues, they fix them right away. I will continue to use their services and would also be recommending them to everyone.

The roof on our house was 30 years old and was showing leaks from a couple of places. We called Cox Roofing to take a look at the source of the leaks. Adam came promptly on the same day to look at the roof. He climbed up the roof and found out the roof was quite old and needed a replacement. He gave me a good estimate for the roof replacement. On the day of roof installation, Adam and the crew arrived promptly at in the morning. The crew was very courteous and covered all the windows with wooden boards. They did the full tear down of the roof and replaced any rotten boards. They then installed the ice and water shield, drip guards, summit sheet and the shingles on the entire roof. The roof now looks brand new and make the house looks good. They also provided a warranty for discoloration due to algae deposits. The crew was done with the installation as scheduled and did an excellent job in the roof installation. After the installation they performed a complete clean up and they removed all the trash. Next day Adam came again and walked on the roof to inspect the final installation. Overall it was an excellent experience and I will highly recommend Cox Roofing and team.

Overall, Cox Roofing have done a very good job of our new roofing project on our recently completed 1100 sq. ft. accessory dwelling unit. Jack and the crew started with designing and finished with a complete modern roof. Start with the trusses, up through the solid decking and felt underlayment, and finally on the shingles. Besides, Cox Roofing did also do the extra exterior works where touch ups were needed. They also had 4 sun tunnels installed which are wonderful. They were also very respectful to our home and kept working area clean as possible. The project was finished within promised time and roof passed all inspections. Thank you Cox Roofing and such a great service!! Their bid for the job was appropriately competitive with others. We would recommend Cox Roofing to others.

Cox Roofing came in with a professional proposal of what it would be like to work with them and they were exactly what they said they would be. Not a single surprise or disappointment. Mike, the lead project coordinator, was awesome. He used detailed designs and plans to illustrate his points which was a nice touch. They offered a lot of options and if I wished, they would install any shingle I wanted if I found something on my own. I chose 4 options using the shingle sample cards they left with me. They laid 4 shingles of each on my roof so that I could get a feel for them over a little time. They gave great advice about aesthetics along the way which was a big help as I don't have an eye for these things. Communication was quick and to the point, and at no time was Mike was pushy. I did my homework and took my time. They were ready when I was. I was able to get an install scheduled after I signed. Mike and his team of installers contacted me with updates and information prior to and during the job. The installation crew was friendly and worked hard. They set up plywood protection around my landscaping and wrapped the house in blue tarps to protect the house from potential damages from falling debris. They delivered the materials on time and did the entire job the next utilizing a fair number of people to get it done in time. The cleanup was perfect. You would never know they had been there except for the beautiful roof they left behind! After the install a quality control person came out to double check the install and run a magnate over the lawn again in case any nails were missed. It all was easy peasy. Several neighbors have gone out of their way to tell me how beautiful my house is. Worth every single penny. Thank you Cox Roofing!!

I received a few quotes and Cox Roofing was a little more than the others and offered quality shingles and color selection. They had trouble finding my first choice color selection so I gave them a second choice but they kept at it and were able to track down my first color choice. They scheduled my job very quickly. They arrived with a large crew and finished removal and install all on the same day. They added in a ridge vent to improve the ventilation in the attic. When they were done they picked up everything - not even a fragment of old shingle or wrapping to be found. They even offered to haul away the old basketball hoop that was installed on the roof that I didn't want anymore. It was a great experience and they would be my first choice to call.

We had such a great experience all around with Cox Roofing. Great customer service, quick to come and provide a quote and then were able to redo our roof even faster than originally estimated. The crew showed up on time and worked very quickly and cleaned up as they finished the job. You wouldn’t have even known we had our roof done, that’s how well they cleaned up. Would highly recommend and our neighbours are now getting their roof done with Cox Roofing as well!

Have worked with Cox Roofing for several roofing projects in the past. Recently hired them to do my personal home, and I am very happy with the outcome. Very professional staff. Left the job site clean, which is hard to find. Workers worked very fast and efficiently. Passed inspection without any problems. Overall very happy with Cox Roofing. Would definitely recommend and use them for future projects.

Cox Roofing is a wonderful family owned company. We did a full roof replacement project and Dan was our Project Manager. He was very responsive to all of my emails, calls and questions. They did the job quickly and it turned out beautiful. I was kept informed through the whole process. I will recommend Cox Roofing to all of my family and friends. I received many quotes and they also had the most fair price. If I ever move and need a new roof again I will definitely be calling them.

We needed unexpected work done on our roof before some bad weather came and Cox Roofing did a great job. They were very responsive, professional, and very patient with my inquiries as When asked questions, they always either knew the answer on the spot or would follow-up with an answer within a day. A special shout-out to Ron for always being so kind and considerate towards my mother and for following-up on everything. As for the actual roofing work, they always did a great job with accomplishing whatever they said they would for that day. They resolved all of the issues and even helped her with cleaning her backyard before leaving. Overall, their customer service was outstanding!

I was very impressed with the work and professionalism of your team. David was our salesman, and he was very thorough in helping us with the new roof. We had a lot of questions, and he took the time to explain everything to us. He even met with our insurance companies adjuster and established a great rapport from the beginning. All the work was done quickly and professionally, and your inspector Adam was friendly and helped us resolve an outstanding issue we had with an area of our roof. I highly recommend Cox Roofing!

We've been homeowners for almost 10 years and this was our first experience with roof replacement. Cox Roofing was so professional and the process was so smooth from beginning to end. Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with returned calls quickly, showed up on time, kept me informed, and was polite, helpful, and friendly. My questions were always answered and any concerns I had were addressed. The day of install went smoothly and we are so happy with the quality of work produced. They yard was cleaned of debris and nails when work was completed, with the exception of the gutters. We were not expecting to have nails shooting out of the downspout and onto the driveway and walkways after our first big downpour. Part of the process with Cox Roofing includes an additional roof inspection post-replacement and that is a nice security blanket. Cox Roofing made what can often be a difficult process, feel easy. These homeowners are now customers for life.

I have used Cox Roofing for re-roofing. Ron was one of the teammates Adam who was extremely pleasant and knowledgable. He took the details and provided a comprehensive breakdown of the work and costs. I received another quote from another builder who charges around a similar amount but failed to include for insulation and advice on the necessary building regulation requirement both of which Cox Roofing had detailed and included for. The workers turned up when they said they would work until a reasonable time and returned each day until the job was finished.
