Marek removed 2 roofs, installed new GAF roof with a great warranty on quality and workmanship that's transferable to another owner if the house is sold, installed new gutters, downspouts, and leaf guards. I wanted a specific leaf guard that absolutely let nothing into the gutter except water which means that I will never have to clean gutter ever again. Marek first concern is that you are 100% satisfied with the work even before he looks to be paid. After dealing with marek we decided to replace all the windows in our home and we know the job will be completed 100% to our stratification and the price will be fare. Fana was absolutely fantastic! Marek worked with me to meet my needs for roof and gutter replacement. He was easy to discuss plans with and review any unexpected issues. All costs were discussed prior to starting and finished well within budget. His team was professional and fast - finished exactly as discussed. All the mess of rotting wood and nails was contained and hauled away - with no debris anywhere. They were diligent to protect my newly painted siding. The curb appeal of my home increased exponentially. Best of all, I can stand on my porch and not be rained on!! Quality work done professionally! Can't say enough positive things about Marek and FANA. Responsive. On-time. Friendly work crew. Quality work. Fair prices (I shopped around). I work full-time, have three kids and no time to think through the details of my roof or siding...thank goodness I found Marek because he did it all for me. He even brought samples to my office, found an electrician to install our lights and recommended and coordinated with our other contractor who was building our deck at the same time. I found Marek through positive reviews and he lived up to the hype.

Marek came out the same day to give me a quote. He was the only one of the contractors I met that actually got on the roof and measured. He went through all of the options with me and gave me samples of all the materials so I could see exactly what I would be getting. Once I had all my quotes and decided to go with FANA, I signed the contract on Monday and had a new roof on Wednesday. The guys did a nice job on the roof and cleaned up thoroughly. I will definitely be recommending FANA to anyone looking to get a new roof because other companies do the same work and charge a lot more with worse customer service.
