I needed a new roof and the quote process was a nightmare. I liked Glenn Smith Roofing from the start, but I got additional information about the project after he came out (info about the history of the roof), so he had to come out again to rebid. He did not display any annoyance at having to make a second trip due to no fault of his own. Once I decided to use them, it took a while to get on their schedule because they are not a huge company and they stay busy. However once it was my turn, communication was very good and I was pleased with the speed and quality of the work. They were not my cheapest quote, but they were reasonable, and I would use them again. Best of all, the quote I got was the price I paid, no surprise add-ons. The workers were very careful and respectful of the landscaping, which was also a major point of concern for me.
