After having to argue with the owner for 2 1/2 weeks after paying him $11,000 down, he finally finished our job, delayed the closing of our home two times, refused to give us a warranty on the work, and then left trash all over the yard that I had to pay someone else to clean up. Anyone is welcome to contact me and I will be happy to share details and information including a video of all the trash left behind. I also have emails and text messages to prove this is a company you don’t want to work with. He says that I tried to commit fraud by having him perform additional work and charge the insurance company for it, but I never signed a contract for any additional work, and the contract he’s referring to he gave to me the morning after he had already been working on our house for two days. So after two days of work, he demanded another eight to $9000 and then told me I was committing fraud. I am editing my post to say that he has put on a quality roof in the past for us and fixed damages. He is capable of doing good work, but he overbooked himself and then treated us badly and then turned the blame on us rather than acting like a professional. Also, after this transaction he sent me an email saying that he would no longer honor the warranty on the previous home he had put a roof on, which he cannot legally do. Imagine the ridiculousness of us paying him $11,000 and then asking him to complete a roof. ♀️

Great Company, Superior Workmanship! Although I am now a Consultant with JABEAU Roofing, when the hailstorm hit on May 20th, 2013 I was finishing up my career as a professional educator/coach of 30 years. JABEAU came in surveyed the damage to our roof and gutters, produced an estimate, and completed the job in a timely manner. My hat goes off to the Longest established roofing company in Wichita Falls, located in the same location, under the same name, and using the same telephone number for 35 years!!! Job well done!!!
