I've been impressed with their patience to explain things to me, to suggest solutions and work-arounds to problems, to figure out the best way to stay within my budget. In several situations it's been obvious to me that they are honest--twice they could have sold me a much bigger job, and instead they carefully explained to me why I didn't need to spend so much money. Very impressive. Their workmen have always been respectful and courteous. And I believe they only use well-paid, local workers.
