We worked with Marc Mason in Roanoke. We could not asked for a more responsive, professional roofing contractor. We were dealing with hail and wind damage and having an extremely difficult time with our insurance company (Do NOT use Allstate - you will NOT be in good hands!!!) Marc was patient and helped us maneuver the claim. Marc communicated with us every step of the way - he answers texts and phone calls efficiently. Their work is neat and professional. We definitely recommend Mason Roofing.

They were quick to respond to my request for an estimate, very professional .. very timely..... and did a very good job of replacing the roof on a rental property I own. I have been totally satisfied from beginning to end and would highly recommend this company!! Design and build garage/workshop to match existing house. Good relationship with contractor. Project was mostly on time despite weather issues. Offered used windows for free Trouble keeping help on job but did a lot of work himself to compensate Good timing and permitting with county Quality construction Contract could have been better outlining client out of pocket costs Needed better understanding of yard/lawn repair after construction completion Approximate cost $61.45 per square foot by contract
