I am writing to provide a review on NS Roofing LLC's diligent efforts to efficiently repair a rental home of mine that suffered significant roof, tree, and siding damage from a surprisingly violent September storm which damaged a large number of homes in North OKC, OK. I was renting the home in question to a family that recently moved to OKC in July with a young child. They took occupancy in August and had just settled in when the storm occurred. Due to the fact that so many homes were damaged, I knew it was important to find a competent contractor quickly or wait for months in line for the next suitable one to become available. Fortunately, I was referred to Ryan Baker who was a god-send. He met me at the damaged home the day after the storm subsided to survey the damage, suggest a schedule and strategy for repairs, and meet my tenants. He put them at ease and went to work with his contractors and their subs. He also helped me with my insurance company to the point that he handled most of the negotiating after providing fair and reasonable estimates. Mr. Baker also developed a relationship of confidence and trust with my tenants, which was a huge benefit.. Mr. Baker's contractors and subs were working in a coordinated plan to be as effective as possible, as quickly as possible. My tenants and I both had great outcomes due to Mr. Baker's hard work, diligence, experience, and honesty. Mr. Baker and NS Roofing LLC are exceptional, trustworthy, and kind.
