Not yet finished but was impressed with the sales personnel. Very professional, explained in detail price and what is being done and reachable at anytime for concerns.

Got several quotes on different types of roof for a 4 unit building in Oakland Park, FL. I was most comfortable with the pricing and expertise. Went with a 3 layer, architectural shingle roof system with an extra water barrier. Paul Bange roofing also offer a lifetime warranty program with a monthly fee that includes annual inspections and repairs and replacement of the roof when needed. It doesn't include storm damage of course. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs roofing work done.

Removed and replaced entire tile roof with energy efficient tiles; removed and replaced flat roof with insulated built up hot tar roof. Installed vents for new kitchen and bath fans; coordinated installation of new, hurricane code, platform base for A/C unit. When nature threw an unexpected curve ball causing interior ceiling damage, Contractor, without hesitation, arranged for no cost clean up and complete repair. Work was completed to our complete satisfaction and with minimal disruption (except for curve ball). Sales, office, and construction personnel communicated with us very well. After over 18 months there are no signs of defects. Would use again; and highly recommend.

Very professional. Explained details of contract with care. Answered all questions. Completed roof on time and respecting neighbors avoiding making noise during specific times. Took care of not damaging landscape and picked up all debris.

We had a new roof put on our home. They came out and gave us an estimate and explained what would be done. They even suggested we get other estimates and told us what was important to ask. They also said do not give money up front. Very professional. Excellent job!
