From the moment I called Justin and Tony were quick and eager to respond to our urgent roofing problem. Tony came almost immediately and offered a temporary repair to our leak even in inclement weather. When the work began, their crew was able to replace our roof, which is rather tricky and steep, in a timely and efficient manner. They kept our property clean and organized the whole time they were here and were very courteous and helpful whenever i had questions. Justin was also very helpful in arranging the work to be done on the inside of our home where the roof leak had damaged the drywall. The whole process, from start to finish, was very smooth and painless. Both Justin and Tony kept in touch the whole time, always answering my phone calls or responding to my text messages, which really helped resolve the miriad of questions i had regarding our claim. I would trust these guys with any job in the future and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing roofing or other work on their home. Justin replaced the roof of our Country Club vacation rental home. From first communication to the final clean up Justin always did exactly what he said he would do and delivered quality work on time, within our tight window, (Between guests) He worked with the insurance company to get the project covered, responded promptly to calls and emails and was excellent at communicating our options every step of the way. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone replacing a roof in the Flagstaff area. I have worked with other roofers in the area and was very disappointed with both their work and communication or lack of it. Justin is very knowledgeable.
