Each time that Robert Kinghorn came to our home, he was very knowledgeable and also polite when answering my questions. I also must confess that he exhibited a lot of professionalism at all times. The workers were prompt and polite. They completed our roof in one day, and the project turned out fantastic . I can't imagine that anyone would not want Robert and his team at Ridge Valley Exteriors to not put them a new roof on their home.

I couldn't have found a better roofer in Robert Kinghorn and a better roofing company in Ridge Valley. Robert worked very diligently with my insurance company to ensure that I received all the benefits I was entitled to under my policy. The roof replacement was completed in very timely and professional manner. The interior work (I had bad stains in multiple rooms) was excellent quality. Very highly recommend Robert Kinghorn and Ridge Valley Exteriors.

I own a home in Peachtree City, GA, but I live in Massachusetts. My house in GA was in need of a new roof - there had been wind/hail damage, and it was leaking a little. As soon as I spoke to Robert at Ridge Valley Exteriors, I knew that they were the right ones for the job. Not only did he answer every question I had, but he always called back or emailed me whenever I reached out to him. In fact, because I don't live in GA (the house is tenant-occupied), Robert pretty much took over every aspect of the project. I couldn't have done it without him. He dealt with the insurance company directly, my tenant and management company, and oversaw the project. He kept me informed the whole time, and explained all of my options. I chose a few upgrades, but still the cost was very reasonable for the portion not covered by my insurance. They did a new roof, along with a ridge vent and also took care of the cosmetic repairs inside the house. The quality of the work and professionalism is unparalleled. Imagine, if I couldn't be on-site and things went this smoothly, how great they would be for someone who is present during the work?!!?? I can't say enough about how helpful Robert was and how easy it was to deal with him.

Robert of Ridge Valley was easy to work with. Roof install was quick and amazingly clean...crew did a great job! New roof looks great. Very satisfied!
