Run! Do Not Waste your time and money! Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had. Terrible decision going with this company. They took our money and never called us. We had to call, text, email, follow up after follow up, they re-schedule the day of 4 different times feeding us lie after lie. They continue to send invoices and they haven’t finished the job, it’s been 2 months since we signed a contract for a 2 day job!!!! Brian Wilcox is the owner who NEVER calls back, Scott Gardner will tell you anything you want to hear and then let you find out it was all lies. I don’t know how this company is still in business. There is a million other roofing companies within a 10 mile radius, pick anyone but this one. Hopefully I can help save a few more frustrations to people before they sign anything with this terrible company! Worst mistake, hopefully they close their doors!

The salesman was great to show up and give me a bid. It took 6 weeks to get the materials. After, you never knew when they were going to showup. The work crew caused a need for a repair on my air conditioner. Scott Gardner, did take care of it immediately. The work crew then stacked plywood on my grass. We moved it, and the next thing I knew it was back on the grass. When I did the inspection on the roof after it was done. I had to point out a few basic things that they did not do. They do not return your calls to the foreman or the office. I have been trying to reach someone for 4 days now, and they won't return my call. I would definitely not use this company again.

After initial supply line delays in getting materials, Titan Roof completed my partial gutter replacement and leaf guard job. I especially appreciated Lee's follow-up after the job was finished to assure that I was satisfied with their work.

DO NOT USE TITAN ROOF!!! We started "working" with Titan Roof on June 2021. They owe us over $6,000. They have not showed up multiple times to do the job. They claimed they had materials but never did order anything. We can no longer get ahold of this business. We have already contacted many sources to get our money back. Brian Wilcox and Tyson Richison are the "owners" of Titan Roof. The business license is under Titan Disaster Cleanup just incase anyone else is wondering.
