Shorty's Septic Tank Service and Portable Toilets

This had to be the worst inspection/report I have ever received. I had requested to have my septic pumped and inspected as I was looking to buy the house, I received a picture of a report that was completed in mostly illegible hand writing and with little details I could use. After complaining I received a "better" picture as their scanner was broken. The report was very lacking in any details, and the two pictures attached had no identifying comments so I could not even tell what I was looking at. From what was sent to me I have no idea if I have problems with the septic, and if so what they are. The company would not return my calls after my initial complaint. To me this was a waste of money, I am sure you could find a better company to use for an inspection, maybe one a bit more professional.
