I have been responding to Mr. Rethy since completion of his project in March 2021. Unfortunately, 2 weeks after the job was done and collected, several courses of siding became wavy due to poor installation. The workers had already been terminated by my Sub contractor and he was experiencing severe knee problems that prevented him from doing ladder work. Covid and supply issues created prolonged scheduling and labor shortages that I have not seen in over 40 years of experience. Apologies are not adequate for Mr. Rethy and the time that has passed. With the aide of my siding supplier, I am supposed to meet an experienced crew 7-10 days to set up times for addressing the issues. It is my sincere desire to resolve these problems as it has been ALL along.
