My wife and I will usually gather 3-5 quotes for big house projects, but after meeting with Justin, we only spoke with one other contractor and only because that meeting was scheduled for the same day. Right away, Justin made us feel comfortable, addressed our major concerns, and stuck to the information we were interested in without the high-pressure sales nonsense you'll get from most contractors. He was able to offer us a great price, kept us in constant communication about progress even when a massive snowfall forced a short hold, and the entire crew were friendly, professional, and true masters of their craft. Our wood exterior was looking rough and constantly plagued by woodpeckers so much I had to hang a fake owl off the side of our house. Now, we have the best looking house in the neigborhood. A massive thank you to Justin, Katie, Joseph, and the entire crew!

Hired them to put a deck around our pool. Three weeks after completion the metal spindles started falling out. After two or three weeks of calling and leaving messages we finally got them to answer our call and were told they would be out that weekend to fix. We cancelled plans to go out of town so we could be home and they didn't bother showing up or calling to say they weren't coming. Called again and were then told he didn't work for the company any longer and gave us the owners number (who happens to be his son). The owner, Justin wouldn't return our calls but did respond to my text messages assuring me they would be out to fix the deck. After a couple weeks Justin told me that he had someone working in our area and would have them stop by sometime that week. Didn't happen. Then it was the next week. Didn't happen. Now he won't take our calls or respond to text messages. Justin and his team Do Not stand behind their work nor do they respect their customers time or money. If no stars were an option that's what I would give them.

Did great job,from start to finish. Did all they say from taking siding off and putting on and clean up.will definitely call them for some other projects. Got job done in 1 day like they said they would do.

Katie and Justin are wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. We had 8 estimates while they wasn’t our lowest, they are very knowledgeable and seemed honest. Most importantly they were involved from start to finish. We are so pleased with this company. Our home is beautiful. We highly recommend this company.

From the first time I spoke with the owner; Justin. Then meeting him. I was very sure who was going to do our home. Not only did he come under the bids I had. He knew exactly what could be done and the best products. As a consumer; I'm more likely to buy from you if, #1- first impressions are everything. He was nicely dressed and didn't smell. (Don't you dislike when you've decided on a company and the installers have body oder?) #2- you know your products. #3- you truly know how to install #4- communication is key as well Stellar Home Improvement is just the type of company you're pleased to see early in the morning. They work on your home to the finish without any delays. We love our home even more now. We have Stellar Home Improvement owner Justin to thank for this. Brought up our value too! You've just got to let him bid you. You'll hire his company then. I'm sure of it.
