“We had an emergency situation at our home. We called Avon Plumbing and Heating. They had a technician at our house within the hour to troubleshoot. We needed a new well pump. As this was late in the day, they diagnosed the problem and stated they would have a team at our house the next morning. This was on a Friday evening. The next morning (Saturday) at 8:30 AM, the owner and a senior technician arrived at our home and went right to work. Within 2 hours, they had replaced the well pump and we were back in business. Simply put, their response was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. Highly recommend them.”

“I have used Pro Plumbing, and owner, Matt Forbotnick for several projects. He installed a water heater late on a Friday to be sure I had hot water for the weekend and did not charge me when I ordered the wrong size and he had to pick up another one on his way (and return the first one he paid to be delivered so he could start the job sooner). When my old kitchen faucet needed to be replaced, he gave me great info on what to select/not select at the store so I got the exact style I wanted with the quality a professional would choose. He also replaced a toilet with one he selected and delivered himself. It is a highly rated toilet yet his price was very reasonable. (It is the best functioning one in the house). He also had the attention to detail to ask for my preference on color of the caulk. He is always clean, friendly and I am always comfortable with him in my home. I plan to renovate the master bathroom and will be calling him for that job, too.”

“I had an old Oil furnace and hot water system in my house that was built in 1932 and I recently had a natural gas line run to my house . I had 5 estimates ranging from $6,500 to $12,000 for the replacement gas furnace and the removal of the old equipment. I chose a local company in Farmington from a friends reccomendation saying that they had the most reasonable price and that they were very professional. The install and removal was the most efficient I have seen(and this is my 3rd house), and the crew personable and professional. There were no additional suprise costs, there were no additional fees, and the work was done on time. As per the owners suggestion, I had them install an on-demand system for heat and hot water...and I have never been happier. My winter heating bill per month went from almost $700 to $150. I would highly suggest Douglas Heating and Plumbing!”
