I provide a certified thorough & complete home mold inspection from top to bottom and even outside to see what exactly is contributing to your mold and moisture problem. Humidity reading, thermal imaging, moisture meter reading are just a few things included in the inspection. When inspection is completed I will then sit down with you and explain the situation and what the options are to solve the situation. I provide mold air sampling (separate cost) to see what type of molds you are breathing in and how much is in the air. This will help see how the problem is affecting the whole house and will be a good reference for a “before and after” mold removal air quality picture so you can see how well the problem has been taken care of. The testing can be done the same day and only takes 5 minutes per test, I send the results to a certified lab and have the results back in several days.
